Hi, I’m Isaac, the co-founder, owner and operator of IBG Media. My co-founder and creative director is my wife, Brianna. We run it from a small town surrounded by the farm country of Chester County, the kind of place where neighbors wave, people stop for a quick conversation, and familiar faces become part of everyday life.
Small towns have always felt like home to us and community holds a special place in our hearts. Brianna and I both grew up in small communities in New England, where local businesses weren’t just places you went to buy something; they were part of the community. I’ve always enjoyed getting to know people, whether they’re customers, neighbors, or someone I just happen to cross paths that day.
When we first moved to Pennsylvania, we tried living a little closer to the city. But after our daughter came along, we started thinking more about where and how we wanted her to grow up. We wanted her to experience some of the same small-town charm and sense of community that we had growing up. So, we found our way back out to the country, and it’s where we’re happy to call home today.
My connection to small businesses goes back even further. When I was younger, my parents opened a diner, and I got to see firsthand just how much heart goes into running a local business and how much those businesses can mean to the people around them.
That’s a big part of why we started IBG Media. We want to help small businesses grow, not just because their success matters to them, but because strong local businesses help build strong local communities. If we can play even a small part in helping both grow, then we’re doing something we can be proud of.
We’ve both always been drawn to creative work, but for us, creativity means more when it has a purpose. Good design, photography, and marketing shouldn’t just look good; they should help people tell their story, communicate clearly, and make it easier for others to understand what they have to offer.
We each bring something a little different to that process. Isaac focuses primarily on web design, development, and helping shape the overall direction of a project, while Brianna brings her creative eye through photography, marketing, and visual direction. She isn’t involved in every project, but when a project calls for her perspective, she helps make sure what we create feels thoughtful, genuine, and true to the people and business behind it.
IBG Media became a way for us to bring those strengths together while doing something practical for the businesses and organizations around us. We get to be creative while helping local businesses, tradespeople, nonprofits, and others present themselves with the same care and pride they already put into the work they do every day.
Our family is also a big part of why IBG Media exists. At the end of the day, the best part of what we do is getting to spend time together as a whole family doing what we love. We wanted to build something of our own, close to home: something that could grow alongside our family and that we’d be proud to show our daughter someday.
That carries over into the way we work with our clients, too. When you work with IBG Media, you’re working directly with us, and join our business family. We want to understand your business, what matters to you, and what you’re hoping to accomplish. Your project matters to us because there are real people behind it, just like there are real people behind ours.
Outside of work, our life is pretty simple. Most weekends you’ll find us out for a walk, enjoying nature, working in the garden, or just making memories together as a family. Nothing particularly glamorous, but it’s ours, and we love it!
About the AI part: yes, we use AI tools in our day-to-day work. They can help us draft ideas, test layouts, explore different directions, and move through some of the more tedious parts of a project faster. But we see AI the same way an artist sees a paintbrush: it can be a powerful tool, but the tool itself doesn’t create the vision.
The human touch still matters to us. We’re the ones listening to your ideas, learning about your business, making the creative decisions, and deciding what actually feels right for you. AI can help us work more efficiently, but it doesn’t replace the conversations, judgment, creativity, and care that go into building something personal.
And when the project is finished, we’re the ones standing behind it. If something needs attention after launch, you’re talking to us, not an automated system or a support queue.
